HLS’s Spring 2024 Byse Workshop, Abolitionist Approaches to Criminal Justice: Perspectives and Debates, begins on Thursday, February 8. Join this workshop to explore the abolitionist movement’s history and to closely analyze central abolitionist dilemmas, debates, and proposals (including prison abolition and police defunding). The first session of the workshop will take place on Thursday, February 8, at 3:45-5:15 PM, in Wasserstein Hall (WCC), Room 4059. Coffee and snacks will be provided.
This non-credit workshop is open to all members of the Harvard community, without any required registration. Attending all sessions is encouraged but not mandatory. No prior knowledge is required.
