Sports Law Symposium

Professor Carfagna will moderate a panel discussion with sports law practitioners to discus globalization of investments, with a special focus on investments in sporting assets. The discussion will cover: (1) cross-border investments in American sports; (2) American investments in global sporting properties; and (3) new classes of investors in U.S. sports (including investments by private equity firms, pension funds, and sovereign funds).
