Space Force and National Security Space Policy

The Harvard Space Law Society welcomes Lt Col John DeMello (JD), a HKS National Security Fellow and a career space acquisitions officer, to share his take on current national security issues in space, such as the role of the Space Force, current international relations, and developing rules on warfare in space, especially concerning dual-use, commercial space assets. JD has a broad range of experience, including work on radiation effects, spacecraft design, integration, and test, space launch and recovery, spacecraft operations, and international defense security cooperation.
