Rule of Law and Keeping Those in Power Accountable: Sobering Transatlantic Lessons

Join the Harvard European Law Association and the Harvard Human Rights Journal for a lunch talk on the Rule of Law in federal systems and how two levels of government can mutually weaken or mutually reinforce the Rule of Law. Professor Dimitry Kochenov (Central European University) and Dr. Sarah Ganty (Yale University) will draw lessons from their research in the Rule of Law in the EU to offer critical and comparative perspectives with significant implications for the US.
