Regulating the Digital Economy: Analyzing the EU’s Digital Markets Act

Please join the HLS Antitrust Association in a conversation with Prof. Fiona Scott Morton about the Digital Markets Act. Prof. Morton is the Professor of Economics at the Yale School of Management and the Director of the Thurman Arnold Project at Yale. She has previously served as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Economic Analysis (Chief Economist) at the Antitrust Division of the DoJ.

The discussion will be moderated by Prof. Elettra Bietti, Assistant Prof. of Law and Computer Science at Northeastern University. She holds an S.J.D. and LL.M. from Harvard Law School and is a Faculty Associate at BKC and an Affiliated Fellow at the Information Society Project at Yale Law School.
