A combo of strength plus cardio, this class will strengthen your major muscle groups while also challenging your heart and lungs with some intermittent cardio bursts. Grab hand-weights, resistance bands or household items to add external resistance to challenge your muscles. If you’re working on a hard floor, you’ll want a mat for floor-work. Get ready to sweat!
