Barre workouts are one of the hottest trends, delivering incredible body-changing results with a low impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. Barre is a lower body focused workout that is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Ballet. Using a chair or countertop as a barre, we’ll squat & lunge in a variety of planes and ranges of motion to make your muscles burn while challenging your balance and coordination. Upper body and core work will be incorporated into many exercises, making this a full-body burner.
