Modernizing the International Criminal Court: Hybrid Chambers

The Harvard International Law Journal is hosting a virtual panel in conjunction with Parliamentarians for Global Action (PGA). This is the second in four panels based on a report released by PGA with the assistance of Harvard Law School Advocates for Human Rights, called Modernizing the International Criminal Court: Crimes against the Environment, Human Trafficking, Hybrid Justice and Corporate Accountability.

This panel will be about the proposal in that report to introduce a hybrid chamber to the ICC, where judges from the country the situation or case before the Court concerns would work together with ICC Judges.
