Join the Harvard Law Students Yoga Association, First Class, SALSA, and WLA for a Mindful Meditation Workshop led by Prerna Manchanda.
Meditation is an ancient practice that promotes peace and mental clarity. It is a habitual process of mind-training that offers endless benefits such as stress relief, focus, compassion, better sleep, and more. With a productivity- oriented culture and over-stimulation due to technology, it is becoming even more important to incorporate meditation as a self-care practice to connect with oneself and experience calm. This workshop teaches the essentials of meditation including the philosophy, science, and how to start and sustain a consistent practice.
