The presentation will commence with a short history of the Metaverse concept and what it actually means. The presentation will discuss platforms like the Sims, Fortnite and Meta’s Horizon as they strive to fulfill the Metaverse promise. From a legal perspective the various issues of IP licensing, UGC, Right of Publicity and Privacy, as well as Virtual Currency/Crypto will be covered.
