Meet the Judge: Hon. Molly R. Silfen ’06, U.S. Court of Federal Claims

Come hear from a judge on a unique trial court in DC – the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, with nationwide jurisdiction over claims against the U.S. government and known for its expertise to efficiently handle large, complex, and often technical litigation. Judge Silfen’s past work in intellectual property law may also be of separate interest to participants. Anna Sherman-Weiss ’22, one of Judge Silfen’s current clerks, will also join the discussion to speak about her clerkship experience.

An informal talk will be followed by time for Q&A. Lunch will be provided. Please register in advance via CSM by Monday, November 6. Those who register consent to having the program recorded, for the benefit of alumni and others who cannot attend in person.
