The Well invites staff to benefit from a Meditation Sound Bath led by Rachel’s Space Yoga. Sound healing has been around for over 40,000 years and can help lower stress, induce relaxation and stimulate the calm side of the nervous system which improves our overall health and wellbeing.

​This event will include about 15 – 20 minutes gentle stretching and breath work to prepare the body and mind for the sound journey meditation.
