Benjamin Gruenstein is an HLS ’99 graduate and founder of Gruenstein Law.
Ben spent 14 years as a partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he served as a litigation hiring partner and was a founding member of its Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement Practice. He previously served five years as an SDNY federal prosecutor and clerked for Supreme Court Justice David Souter. A former Harvard Law Review editor, he has also argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers USA for White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations, Ben was named a “National Star” by Benchmark Litigation and one of Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Lawyers in America.”
