Ben s pent 14 years as a partner at Cravath\, Swaine & Moore\, where he served as a litigation hiring partner and was a founding member of its Investigation s and Regulatory Enforcement Practice. He previously served five years as a n SDNY federal prosecutor and clerked for Supreme Court Justice David Soute r. A former Harvard Law Review editor\, he has also argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
