Lexis & Westlaw at HLS Present: Advanced Research Strategies for Sanchez v. MacNamara

Lunch will be served. The LexisNexis and Westlaw research attorneys dedicated to Harvard Law School will host an exclusive training session for HLS 1Ls. The session will make first-year students more comfortable & confident using advanced features in each platform to support their analysis of legal issues pertaining to the Sanchez v. MacNamara Ames problem. By faculty request, we will demonstrate using examples involving different facts & law than those in Sanchez and other Ames problems. We share a suggested research process for a similarly structured legal issue, so that you may apply those principles to your LR&W assignment.
