Introduction to safety and self-defense

Come and join IMPACT Boston for a session on safety and self-defense. Instructors demonstrate realistic scenarios and model strategies for responding. These strategies include assertiveness and boundary-setting, verbal self-defense strategies, or physical self-defense skills. Participants then have the opportunity to practice the skills in the scenario with an instructor. Snacks will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes or athletic wear.
