HLS Antitrust Association: Lunch Talk with Eric Cramer, Berger Montague Chair of Antitrust Practice

HLSAA will be hosting Eric Cramer, the chairman of leading plaintiff firm Berger Montague and co-chair of their antitrust practice group. Mr. Cramer is also on the advisory board of the American Antitrust Institute; and is a former President of the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL). We will be discussing Berger Montague’s involvement in litigation at the forefront of antitrust law, including no-poach challenges, labor market monopolization claims, and hospital monopolization claims.
