The Harvard Law and Entrepreneurship Project (HLEP) will be hosting a lunch talk on Wednesday, April 3rd from 12:30-1:15pm in Room B015. The conversation will be led by Milap Patel, a partner with the Ropes Boston office. His practice is focused on private equity, leveraged finance, and restructuring. He, along with another attorney, will discuss summer internship writing and the 2L summer recruitment process. Food will be provided!
