Become an expert and join the Third Session of the 2024 HIALSA Masterclass Workshop featuring Gibson Dunn and Resource Capital Funds, and a networking event thereafter!
HIALSA will host its third session in the workshop series, “International Arbitration in the Mining Sector” on Wednesday, March 6, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
You will have a unique opportunity to hear about real international arbitration disputes in the mining sector from the dual perspective of counsel and clients. The Masterclass will feature Gibson Dunn’s Co-Chair of the firm’s International Arbitration Group, Rahim Moloo, as well as the General Counsel of the Resource Capital Funds.
The Masterclass will be followed by a networking session. Food and refreshments will be provided.
The Masterclass Workshop offers HLS students an in-depth introduction to the practice of international arbitration by delving into specific challenges and risks for international arbitration in key economic sectors. HLS students who enroll in the Workshop and attend at least 4 of the Workshop sessions will be eligible for a certificate awarded by HIALSA.
