The Harvard Law Review‘s 2023 annual Spring Event, entitled “Appellate Advocacy in Today’s Judiciary” will be a discussion with faculty and practitioners on the risks and rewards of appellate advocacy in a time of judicial polarization and reduced institutional trust. The panel will feature Amir Ali, Jessica Ring Amunson, Professor Jeannie Suk Gersen, and Sam Gedge, and will be moderated by Professor Sharon Block.
