From Expression to Protection: IP Insights from WilmerHale

Please join JOLT for a talk with WilmerHale intellectual property attorneys, Bill Lee, Marissa Lalli, and Jeffrey A. Dennhardt. Mr. Lee has acted as the lead trial counsel for Apple in various cases, including its worldwide litigation with Samsung. He also represented Pfizer in a trial that resulted in a settlement of $2.15 billion. Ms. Lalli represents clients in high-stakes patent infringement and licensing disputes involving a variety of technologies. Mr. Dennhardt’s work focuses on IP and patent litigation.
