Join Professor Andy Mergen and former Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Environment & Natural Resources Division Jeff Wood for a conversation on the scope, aims, and possible abuse of the Antiquities Act, which gives the President authority by presidential proclamation, to create national monuments from federal lands for the protection of significant natural, cultural, or scientific features.
