Counting Sheep for Better Sleep

February 11, 2026

12:30 pm - 1:15 pm

WCC 3007

A good night’s sleep is key to many aspects of our wellbeing, yet it’s often one of the first things we cut out when times get stressful. In the Counting Sheep for Better Sleep workshop, Center for Wellness and Health Promotion team members will discuss barriers we face to getting a full night of sleep, what makes our sleep restful, and share tips to all wake up feeling refreshed.

This event is open only to members of the HLS Community. Light Refreshments will be offered.
