A good night’s sleep is key to many aspects of our wellbeing, yet it’s often one of the first things we cut out when times get stressful. In this workshop, we’ll discuss barriers we face to getting a full night of sleep, what makes our sleep restful, and share tips to all wake up feeling refreshed.
