“The Most Dangerous Branch” conference, organized by The [F]law magazine and the Systemic Justice Project  taking place on 1/26 and 1/27 at Harvard Law School. It will feature two days of discussions and speakers focused on the problems with the judiciary.

Participants include the Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Judge Nancy Gertner, Jay Willis (Balls and Strikes), Mark Joseph Stern (Slate), Molly Coleman (People’s Parity Project), The 5-4 Podcast team (Rhiannon Hamam, Michael Liroff, and Peter Shamshiri), the host of Amicus Podcast (Dahlia Lithwick), authors Josie Duffy Rice, Astra Taylor, Madiba Dennie, and the ProPublica reporters (Justin Elliot, Joshua Kaplan, and Alex Mierjeski)  who broke this year’s bombshell stories about Supreme Court shenanigans. Legal scholars Ryan Doerfler, Joseph Fishkin, and Willie Forbath will also be among the presenters.
