In November 2023, the Harvard Law Review (HLR) revoked the publication of Rabea Eghbariah’s solicited piece entitled “The Ongoing Nakba.” HLR’s revocation of the piece offers a revealing case study on the breakdown of intersectional solidarity and how elite institutions repress academic freedom and perpetuate anti-Palestinian discrimination.

Featuring two current and former editors of the HLR.

Zoom will be available for virtual attendees.

Register now! Lunch provided.
