Argentina, 1985 Lunch Talk

Argentina, 1985 is an Oscars-nominated film that depicts the Trial of Las Juntas, a historical trial where members of the de facto military government that ruled Argentina were brought to justice. It is the only example in Latin America of a democratic government starting a process against a former dictatorship. Luis Gabriel Moreno Ocampo is depicted in the Oscars-nominated film Argentina, 1985, serving as the Deputy Prosecutor of the Trial of Las Juntas. He has since served as the First Prosecutor of the ICC and is now a professor at HKS.
