Antitrust and Complex Litigation with Freshfields

The HLS Antitrust Association invites all students to join a lunch panel featuring four Freshfields attorneys working at the intersection of antitrust and complex litigation: Andy Ewalt, Lauren Kaplin (HLS ’11), Drew Henderson (HLS ’19), and Tina LaRitz. This panel will highlight how antitrust law shapes the procedural aspects of multidistrict and other forms of complex litigation, how complex litigation postures affect antitrust litigation strategy, and how this dynamic mix of substance and procedure makes antitrust litigation one the most exciting areas to work in as a young attorney.
