Please join us for a Harvard Animal Law Week talk by Wayne Hsiung, founder of Direct Action Everywhere discussing his acquittal for “agricultural theft” by a Utah jury in October for rescuing two dying piglets from a Smithfield factory farm. Last week’s similar acquittal of two other activists for rescuing two chickens from Foster Farms also will be discussed.
Vegan burritos from Felipe’s will be available for lunch.
If you are not able to attend in person, please join us on Zoom.
