Ivan Farman J.D. ’94
Ivan Farman is the Global Co-head of BofA’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group and is based New York. Ivan has worked on numerous M&A transactions for clients in the Healthcare industry, including hostile defense, sell-side, buy-side and other strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining BofA in 1998, Ivan spent two years as an attorney in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.
Ivan received a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union and a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
