April 6, 2026

12:30 pm - 1:15 pm

WCC; B010 Singer Classroom

Are you heading to a state Attorney General’s office this summer? Join Jim Tierney and Peter Brann, former Maine AG and State Solicitor, who have taught The Role of the State Attorney General for the past 17 years at Harvard, Yale, and Columbia, and through the state AG clinic have placed HLS students in AG offices across the country, to learn how state AG offices are structured, the work of the various divisions, and additional insights that will prepare you to make a meaningful contribution this summer.

While this program is primarily directed toward students planning to work at AGOs this summer, it is open to all. Students may also wish to watch this video (20:16), which provides an introduction to the office of state AGs.

Bring your own lunch.
