Join ACS, EDP and JOLT for a conversation between Professors Nate Persily and Spencer Overton about the 2024 Election and the impacts of artificial intelligence and disinformation. Professor Persily, from Stanford Law School, is one of the nation’s leading election law experts, having being appointed special master by the supreme courts of multiple states to craft legislative redistricting plans. Professor Overton, from George Washington Law School, is also a leading election law expert, attorney in the Obama administration, and former president of the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies.
