ACS Supreme Court Moot: 303 Creative v. Elenis

Please join the American Constitution Society in our first Supreme Court moot of the fall semester. On Friday, November 11, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm on Zoom, we will be mooting Eric Olson (Solicitor General of Colorado) on behalf of respondents in 303 Creative v. Elenis. The question presented is: Whether applying a public-accommodation law to compel an artist to speak or stay silent violates the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment.
