Communal violence in Manipur, a state in the North-Eastern region of India, over the last 4 months has displaced 70,000 people and claimed the lives of 200 people. Hundreds of churches have been destroyed, thousands are living in refugee camps and the access to internet in the state has been shut down for the past 4 months. Harsh Mander, a human rights activist, who recently visited the conflict zone in Manipur, will be joining us to talk about what he witnessed and his assessment of the conflict.
