Join Congressman Jim Himes for a lunch discussion on the future of Democratic foreign policy and the Democratic Party.

Congressman Himes represents Connecticut’s 4th District and is serving his ninth term in the U.S. House of Representatives. He is the Ranking Member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and also serves on the House Financial Services Committee. Before Congress, he served as a Commissioner of the Greenwich Housing Authority, led the New York City branch of a nonprofit dedicated to combatting urban poverty, and spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs, where he worked extensively in Latin America and later as Vice President and head of the bank’s telecommunications technology group. He earned his A.B. from Harvard College (’88) and his M.Phil. in Latin American Studies from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar (’90).
