The Emerging Leaders Program invests in high potential, high performing HLS staff who are ready to deepen their impact, build their leadership capabilities, and develop cross-departmental relationships that strengthen both individual growth and organizational effectiveness.

Relaunching for 2026-2027!

The Emerging Leaders Program returns for 2026-27 with a reimagined curriculum and renewed institutional commitment. Building on a strong 14 year foundation, this year’s program is designed to develop the skills, clarity, and connections participants need to lead more confidently and effectively at HLS.

Applications open from July 13-July 31.  Whether you are ready to apply or just want to learn more, we hope you will explore what the program has to offer.
