Who should apply?
The program is open to non-managerial staff in grades 55-57 with at least two years of HLS service who are ready to invest in their own growth and development.
Strong candidates are effective in their current role and motivated to build their leadership capabilities, deepen their self-awareness, and expand their impact at HLS.
Manager support is required to apply.
What do I need to apply?
Applicants will need to submit:
- A current resume
- A letter of support from their manager
- Short responses to the following essay questions:
- How do you see yourself contributing to and benefitting from the Emerging Leaders Program?
- What are your professional goals the next 1-3 years? What skills or responsibilities would you like to develop?
