Description

ITS will provide videoconferencing support for classes and events taking place in select areas of the HLS Campus.

Available To

Faculty, Staff, Students, Harvard Affiliates and External Clients

Standard Features

  • Able to make and receive SIP and IP calls
  • Test call before video conference

Optional Features

  •  Inbound ISDN calls can be received with additional coordination with HUIT
    • HUIT requests two weeks advance notice to coordinate and test the call
  • May be able to call on campus codecs via Cisco’s Jabber software
  • Multi-point connection via HLS bridge (administered by HUIT)

User Requirements

  • Must provide ITS with an IT or AV contact on the far side
  • Far side must have a codec device or an application such as Jabber video
