Exam Type: In Class

This course will examine the major doctrines of tort law, including intentional harms, negligence, strict liability, and products liability, among others. The course will assess the justifications for tort liability and remedies, as well as the different mechanisms to make whole those who have been harmed and hold to account those who caused harm.
