This course provides an introduction to the structure of the U.S. Constitution and the rights and liberties it defines. Topics include judicial review, federalism, separation of powers, equal protection, and due process under the Fourteenth Amendment. Class participation is required. Laptops and electronic devices, including e-readers and tablets, are not allowed in class.
