Abstract: The article offers the authors insights regarding the U.S. diplomacy and foreign policy making of diplomats. She states the treatment of the government to their citizens, security and peace, and she discusses that the policies should understand and take effect to the people who live in the other nations. She mentions the views of American diplomat Henry Kissinger about human rights and the book "Diplomacy".
