Abstract: Presents observations on the principal themes of the symposium on Efficient Creditor Protection in European Company Law, held at the Max Planck Institute in Munich from December 1 to December 3, 2005. Explores the development of creditor protection through corporate and insolvency law. Considers whether a single regime of regulation will successfully provide adequate protection for creditors.
