Human Rights Program Summer Fellowships: Deadline Approaching!

HRP’s Summer Fellowship is open to J.D. students going into their 2L or 3L years and some LL.M.s. Applications are due February 1, 2018; students must meet with Emily before applying.

While the bidding deadline has passed for most registered employers, you may bid on the newly registered employers until December 15th at noon. The new program can found through the MLSC Symplicity CSM titled: “Additional Employers Gov/PI Program – January 2018 at BU Law”.

Grossman Fellowship for Social Justice to work in the housing and employment units of Greater Boston Legal Services, where he will work in tandem with other staff attorneys as well as community organizations to develop strategies for combating displacement in gentrifying neighborhoods in Greater Boston, both through direct representation in eviction defense and affirmative employment litigation and community legal education.

Decker served as a United States Attorney, and as such was the chief federal law enforcement officer in the Central District of California, a sprawling district based in Los Angeles that encompasses seven counties. Ms. Decker oversaw the largest United States Attorney’s Office outside of the District of Columbia, an office that employs approximately 280 attorneys who serve almost 20 million residents.
