On Tuesday, November 19, Harvard Law School will host its Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Law Conference. This year’s conference brings together leading members of the judiciary, the global academic community, and the private sector to address some of the most interesting and pressing issues that artificial intelligence (AI) raises, with a particular focus on its intersection with and impact on IP law.
This half-day program will focus on:
- what AI can do today and where AI is headed in the future;
- the intersection of AI and intellectual property;
- global academic and judicial perspectives on the future of AI and intellectual property; and
- trial and appellate judges’ unique perspectives on current trends in intellectual property litigation.
The program will conclude with a lunch keynote address from Jonathan Zittrain, the George Bemis Professor of International Law at Harvard Law School. Professor Zittrain is a globally recognized leader in the fields of ethics and the governance of artificial intelligence.
