- Whether Petitioner has prudential standing to bring an unfair competition claim under the Lanham Act §43(a), 15 U.S.C. §1125(a).
- Whether Respondent’s statements about its animal testing practices and policies constitute noncommercial speech such that they are not subject to a claim under the Lanham Act §43(a), 15 U.S.C. §1125(a).
