  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests received by Friday, September 20, 2024, will receive a full refund; requests received September 21 – October 11, 2024, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; and, regretfully, no refunds will be processed (nor credit given) if received after October 11, 2024.

Refunds for check payments will require Alumni to enroll in Harvard University’s Buy 2 Pay financial portal, which will take additional processing time.
