Mark your calendars for Fall Reunion 2024 happening on campus Friday, October 25 – Sunday, October 27. We can’t wait to welcome you back to HLS to create new memories and reconnect with friends and classmates. Below you will find hotel accommodation information. Additional details including the Red Book and registration information coming soon!

The Alumni Relations Team has secured hotel accommodations (room block and/or preferred HLS room rate) with the hotels listed below. Please continue to check back for updates.

    • Reservation: All reservations must be made by contacting the Four Seasons Hotel directly via the booking link or calling the hotel directly at 617-338-4400 and asking for the Harvard Law School special rate when calling.
    • Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior to your booking arrival date. Please reference your reservation details.
    • Cutoff date: Monday, September 23, 2024.
    • Valet Only Parking overnight: $65 per car (Rate subject to change without notice)

    • Cancellation policy: DoubleTree cancellation policies vary depending on the rates and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, contact the hotel directly.
    • Parking: $47 per day for self-parking. Valet parking is not available. (Rate subject to change without notice).

    • Reservation: All reservations must be made by contacting the Harvard Square Hotel directly via the booking link or referring to the group name HLS Fall Reunion Rate Only when calling 617-864-5200 or 800-458-5886 or emailing reservations@harvardsquarehotel.com.
    • Cancellation policy: 48 hours in advance of arrival date. If canceling within 48 hours, then one night’s room and tax will be charged.
      • If your plans have changed and you no longer require hotel accommodation at the Harvard Square Hotel, please let the hotel know as soon as possible so other alumni may be taken off the waitlist.
    • Cutoff date: Based on available inventory.
    • Parking: $45 overnight (Rate subject to change without notice)
