    Please dress for your comfort. Although evening activities inspire dressier attire, such as business suits and cocktail dresses, no event is formal.

  • Campus Safety, Emergencies, Health & First Aid
    • For general safety concerns or questions during the Reunion Weekend, please speak with a Staff member at Reunion Registration & Welcome Center or call the Harvard Law School’s Campus Safety operations line at 617-495-5521 
    • To obtain help for any emergency on the HLS campus and/or within the Harvard University Community call Harvard University Police Department (HUPD) at 617-495-1212 or 911. 
    • For Event Medical Emergency Services, the HLS Alumni Center has partnered with ProEMS for event medical coverage during your Reunion Weekend. An ambulance staffed by EMTs/Paramedics will be stationed on campus to provide onsite Medical Emergency and Minor medical Issue (First Aid) care.  
    • ProEMS Dispatch – 617-492-2700 (Mention that you’re on the HLS campus).  
    • Minor Medical issues (First Aid) – For non-life-threatening concerns please stop by the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center located in the entrance of Wasserstein Hall (WCC). 
    • Blue Light Emergency Phones are located throughout the HLS campus. Please press the EMERGENCY BUTTON for any emergency situation (i.e., medical emergencies, fire, crime in progress). The EMERGENCY BUTTON will automatically call Harvard University Police Department (HUPD.) The police dispatcher will identify the location of the phone, and dispatch police and other security personnel as necessary. 
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellation requests received by Friday, September 20, 2024, will receive a full refund; requests received September 21 – October 11, 2024, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee; and, regretfully, no refunds will be processed (nor credit given) if received after October 11, 2024.

    Registrants must notify the Alumni Relations Office at reunions@law.harvard.edu to receive a refund. We appreciate receiving your cancellation notice regardless of the refund status. Approved refunds may take up to 45 days to process.

    Please be advised: We strongly encourage Alumni to use a credit card for payment to complete their registration for both security purposes and timely processing in case there is a registration cancellation or refund. Refunds for check payments will require Alumni to enroll in Harvard University’s Buy 2 Pay financial portal, which will take additional processing time.

  • Children

    Children may attend as registered guests of alumni to daytime programming/activities (ages 6 and under are complimentary).

    Please keep in mind that young children may not be able to fully sit through Class Symposia discussions and presentations. Friday and Saturday evening class receptions and dinners will only be reserved for alumni and their adult guests.

    For assistance with childcare needs, we recommend reserving childcare through Care.com. In addition, most hotels, with advance notice, may also be able to arrange for childcare.

  • Coat & Luggage Storage

    A coat & luggage storage area will be available throughout the weekend. Please see the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center for details.

  • Event Capacity

    Due to the capacity limitations of certain event spaces at Harvard Law School and nearby hotels, some events during Reunion Weekend may reach full capacity and sell out. These events include, but are not limited to, Friday and Saturday lunches, as well as Friday and Saturday receptions and dinners.

  • Event Photography

    By attending this HLS Alumni event, you agree to be photographed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or future marketing materials.

  • HarvardKey Support

    If you need to claim your HarvardKey, visit https://key.harvard.edu/ and follow the instructions listed under “Claim Your HarvardKey”. Please note, you will need your HAA ID.

  • Hospitality & Refreshments Area

    Hospitality & Refreshments will be available through the weekend at the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center area located in the lobby of Wasserstein Hall (WCC), 1585 Massachusetts Avenue.

    • Saturday, October 26: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Internet Access

    Wireless access will be available around campus during the weekend. To connect to guest Wi-Fi from a Laptop or Mobile Device:

    1. Connect to the network called “Harvard University.”
    2. Open your web browser and go to getonline.harvard.edu.
    3. Select “I am a guest.”
    4. On the following page, select “Register for Guest Access” and follow the prompts to log in and acquire Wi-Fi access.

    Please note that Wi-Fi access expires every 24 hours and will need to be refreshed on your device. Visit the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center for assistance.

  • Lactation & Parenting Support Room

    While on campus a Lactation/Parenting support room will be available in Wasserstein Hall (WCC). This private room has a sink, a refrigerator, and Medela Symphony pump available for use. For more information and how to reserve a spot, please stop by the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center located on the 1st floor/main entrance lobby of Wasserstein Hall (WCC).

    • Friday, October 25: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Saturday, October 26: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Sunday, October 27: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Lost & Found

    Please report all lost items to the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center. We will do our best to assist with the relocation. After Reunion Weekend concludes, all lost items will be brought to our Campus Safety Department for a 24-hour hold, they can be reached at 617-495-5521 and please press one. After the 24-hour period, unclaimed lost and found items of value will be transferred to Harvard University Police for further holding and they can be reached at 617-495-1783.

    Complimentary Self-Guided Tours
    Reunion alumni and their guests are welcome to attend the Harvard Art Museum and Harvard Museum of Natural History. Present your Reunion name badge at the admission desk for complimentary admission. Maps are available at the museum’s registration desk

    Interested in a student-led Official Historical Tour of Harvard University? Please visit Harvard University Visitor Center’s website to book your reservation. Tours depart from the Visitor Center, located within the Smith Campus Center (1350 Massachusetts Avenue), and conclude in Harvard Yard. You must pre-register for this tour.

    10 Everett Street Garage

    Complimentary parking is located at the 10 Everett Street Garage (with elevator access to Wasserstein Hall (WCC)) at the intersection of Everett Street and Massachusetts Avenue. Please take your parking ticket with you to regain access to the garage. Overnight parking is prohibited.

    Four Seasons Hotel

    Complimentary parking is available only for the Class Parties on Saturday night at the Four Seasons Hotel. A parking voucher will be available at the event registration desk at the Four Seasons Hotel. Overnight parking is prohibited.

  • Restrooms

    Restrooms are located on each floor of the Wasserstein Hall (WCC); Pound Hall, 1st floor; Austin Hall, basement; Hauser Hall, basement; Langdell North and South, basement; and Science Center, lower level.

    Gender inclusive restrooms are located in the Wasserstein Hall (WCC), basement; Pound Hall, basement; Lewis Center, 1st floor; and Austin Hall, 3rd floor.

  • Reunion Email Communications

    Many Reunion updates are sent to HLS alumni via email only. Make sure your email and communication preferences are up-to-date by emailing reunions@law.harvard.edu.

  • Reunion Registration & Welcome Center

    Located on the 1st floor/main entrance lobby of Wasserstein Hall (WCC), 1585 Massachusetts Avenue.

    Upon arrival, please stop by the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center to check in. You will receive a welcome packet and your official name badge for the weekend.

    Hours of Operation:

    • Friday, October 25: 7:30 am – 8:00 pm
    • Saturday, October 26: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

    Please Note: All registration materials will be transferred to the Four Seasons Hotel (200 Boylston Street, Boston) for the Reunion Class Parties. Registration resumes at the Four Seasons Hotel at 5:30 – 8:00 pm.

  • Smoking

    Harvard Law School is completely tobacco free. Tobacco products include cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, hookahs, chewing tobacco, and smokeless tobacco products. We ask that you do not use any of these products while on campus, and we thank you for your cooperation.

  • Taxi & Rideshare Services

    Rideshare: Uber Voucher
    To help defray the cost of commuting to and from Harvard Law School’s campus this weekend, please find in your welcome packet a $20 off Uber Voucher. For more information, please visit the Reunion Registration & Welcome Center.

    Please Note: Use 1557 Massachusetts Avenue (Lewis Circle) as your pickup/drop off location for both taxi and rideshare services. Do not depend on hailing a taxi from Massachusetts Avenue, and be sure to give your name and number to the taxi dispatch.

  • Walk-In Policy

    We highly recommend registering in advance. If you are unable to pre-register, on-site registration will be available for events that have not reached their maximum capacity. On-site registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Please be aware that any special meal requests need to be submitted prior to the final registration deadline. We have limited capacity to accommodate on-site special requests.
