A reception and panel discussion was held at Harvard Law School on Feb. 4 to celebrate the publication of “Bargaining with the Devil,” the new book by Professor Robert Mnookin ’68.
In his book, Mnookin, who is chair of the Program on Negotiation at HLS, offers a framework for analyzing the most difficult kinds of negotiation challenges so traps can be avoided and wise decisions can be made. Co-sponsored by Harvard Law School, the Program on Negotiation, and Facing History and Ourselves, the reception included a panel discussion with Mnookin and several faculty members, including HLS Dean Martha Minow, Assistant Professor Gabriella Blum, and Lecturer on Law David Hoffman, founding partner, Boston Law Collaborative. They were also joined by Margot Strom, Facing History and Ourselves’ Founder and Executive Director.
