On Wednesday, Nov. 20, the Program on Negotation at Harvard Law School will host a panel discussion on the role that negotiation might play in the current Iraqi situation. Panelists will include Harvard Law School Professors Roger Fisher and Robert Mnookin, and Harvard Business School Associate Professor Michael Watkins. Brian Mandell, a lecturer in public policy at the Kennedy School of Government, will moderate the discussion. The event will begin at 5 p.m. in the Austin North classroom and will be webcast live for those unable to attend.

The Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation was founded in 1983 to design, implement, and evaluate better dispute resolution practices; to promote collaboration and communication among practitioners and scholars; to develop educational programs and materials for instruction in negotiation and dispute resolution; and to increase public awareness and understanding of successful conflict resolution efforts.
